Working as a legal guardian for those with mental illness, pioneer serves multiple of my clients. They provide a clean, welcoming home atmosphere; compassionate, knowledgeable staff; and thorough follow through on needs.
Almost killed my father. He was neglected and deteriorated quickly. I went there (he was 2.5 hours from my house so I couldn't get there as frequently as I would have liked) after a few weeks and he was emaciated and severely dehydrated. I requested an ambulance be called and was told they needed to wait for approval, so I called the ambulance. He was retaining urine and toxic. I didn't let him return there. He is in a better facility now, closer to my home and doing much better.
