Nancy took her time with my mother in law and showed her everything she was interested in, gave us a great price, sent people to the house to get measurements and even to make sure she would be able to use the shade easily with the reach and with her RA. Was searching for a glass / mirror shop to fabricate a replacement of a medicine cabinate mirrored door. I inquired online and got an immediate response! A few days later I drove there to drop off my mirror and they said it may be a few days, however, to my surprise I got a call in the afternoon saying it was ready.
