Great company, been in business since 1992. Licensed and insured great prices for the service they offer. Happy with the work they performed, definitely recommend to anyone who needs commercial property work done or even residential work
Beware! Please, save yourself the hassle and do not do business with this company. They took money from us with the promise of starting work asap. 5 months later and work never began and Muhammad stopped responding to calls and texts when asked for a refund. They also do business under, Perspective general construction and Sadar restoration. Very honest contractorwho really know what they are doing. They are honest, efficient and reasonably priced. If you need work done hire Pioneer!
I hired this company less than a year ago to do a few jobs for me, my main concern was a leak that I had on one of the units in the apartment downstairs. The so called owner of the company Mohammed convinced me to repair the entire back wall with stucco and waterproofing and that he will also paint my deck. He also said that he will guarantee his work and would respond if any problems would occur in the future.
