Great service. I had a gas leak in my crawl space. I called them around 9am , they came out and had it fixed within four hours of the time I called. About seven years ago they installed a new gas line i my crawl space from the meter to two gas packs. The cost was less than $1800 for the whole job. In the last year both ends of the line that had flexible pipe have had to be replaced due to gas leaks. It was just luck they were found, these two repairs were over $1700. We had two units( upstairs heatpump and downstairs gas and heatpump combo )installed along with 30 year old dictwork total replaced and could not be more satisfied. Recently during the first seasonal cold snap a fan motor burnt out, and althought swamped by both hvac and plumbing emergencies, Chris came out and replaced it same day. We highly recommend Pioneer General.
