This was my 1st time using any wheel repair service and Brian at Pioneer First Service did not disappoint. My rim actually bent in two places and he was able to them out "the SAME day". Very pleasant guy to deal with. Reasonable and understanding. I will make to let my friends and family know about him if they ever need this service.
Brian was GREAT ! And pricing was reasonable and affordable ! He did a great job restoring my rim. My mom was also super impressed with his work compared to service she’s gotten at other places and went to get service from him as well.
Great experience, repaired rims look brand new. Brian was great, super friendly. Just a suggestion. We had 3 rims repaired and the one without damage stood out as it was not clean. Taking 5 minutes to clean that one rim would have gone a long way and made this experience perfect. Again, just a suggestion as I believe it was a missed opportunity.
Brian did a phenomenal job on fixing some curb rash on one of my rims. He’s fast and efficient with a great eye for detail. Very happy with the service and will be recommending Brian to family and friends.
Oh man, what a guy Brian is! He says he’s been doing this for 10 years but I think he’s been doing it for 20. especially for how amazing he left my wheel looking! I had a dent on my V1 Nismo Wheels ($1,000 each retail) and he worked his magic on them! Took care of the wheel and made sure the dent never happened! Nice little waiting room… awesome atmosphere and great service. 10/10 will recommend…
