If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! The customer service and the quality of work was top tier. Brian provided phenomenal communication from start to finish. I reached out inquiring about a quote and the invoice reflect that exact price (no surprised fees). His communication throughout the whole process was consistent and helpful. Brian is awesome, very trustworthy and honest. Had my OEM wheels painted gloss black and they turned out amazing!! Couldn’t of picked a better place to get them done. Going to definitely recommend Brian and his work, top notch quality work no doubt. Oh yeah and his wife is really nice awesome team! Love my truck even more now😊
Brian was professional and honest from the start. I found him by a wheel he had on facebook that ended up not matching my car. He asked why I needed and I told him I had a cracked wheel. He took it off, showed me the issue then fixed it. Great customer service and attention to detail. Will drive out to him for any wheel needs.
Brian did an excellent and professional job restoring and painting my aftermarket wheels. The workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding, and the wheels came out looking brand new. Fast, professional service and great communication throughout the process. Highly recommend!
This was my 1st time using any wheel repair service and Brian at Pioneer First Service did not disappoint. My rim actually bent in two places and he was able to them out "the SAME day". Very pleasant guy to deal with. Reasonable and understanding. I will make to let my friends and family know about him if they ever need this service.
