Went in looking for assistance with fixing part dealt with female staff, I believe her name was Katie. She did a great job at showing me the different pieces I would need and encouraged me that I would have no problem fixing it myself and I did.!!!
Don’t bother. They have a dozen staff working, but only one guy that can actually help you. Went in today with my family to look at purchasing an above ground pool. Staff unhelpful and we were ignored. Go somewhere else.

Opened our pool ahead of house sale and found pump cracked and some other issues related to winter closing . Emailed the service team and stopped into the store -next day Steve and co worker came out and replaced all , checked things were working . Very satisfied and appreciated the timeliness as our home sale closes soon .
I’ve been into Pioneer Pools many times & their service is always impeccable! All the staff there are wonderful, but I especially love when I get Maddie. She’s such a helpful, sweet girl!!!
