Had asked for a quote for a hot tub. Twice. Went in person to the Woodstock showroom to speak to Dave and remind him. Again didn't receive an emailed quote. Been since July and it's now September. I guess they have enough clients. Unfortunate
Went in looking for assistance with fixing part dealt with female staff, I believe her name was Katie. She did a great job at showing me the different pieces I would need and encouraged me that I would have no problem fixing it myself and I did.!!!
Don’t bother. They have a dozen staff working, but only one guy that can actually help you. Went in today with my family to look at purchasing an above ground pool. Staff unhelpful and we were ignored. Go somewhere else.
Friendly and helpful.
