Great place to get your pool needs, great team working there. Not all know everything but will get you the answers you need. Great prices as well compared to other online stores
Dissapointed - learn from my mistake. Had Pioneer booked to replace my liner with part of the deposit being a non refundable measurement service call. Service tech showed up only to immediately state they will not do the liner replacement due to backfill around our above ground pool. Never was I asked if there was any backfill during booking the service or did not see it stated online. Update: Positive Follow-Up from Pioneer Pools’ President Following my initial review and concerns, I was contacted personally by Zoltan Dobsinai, the President of Pioneer Family Pools. He called and followed up with an email to apologize for the poor experience I had and took full ownership of the situation. He acknowledged the communication breakdown and assured me that steps will be taken to improve their processes.
