Avoid Pioneer Pools – Worst Customer Experience I've Ever Had I purchased a new pool and paid for full installation through Pioneer Pools, and it has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The contractor who came to dig the pad gouged two large ruts into my driveway with his ramp and destroyed my neighbor’s grass by driving his bobcat all across their yard — front and back. We purchased our above ground pool from Pioneer Pools in Brantford this summer and could not be happier! Dale was fantastic to work with. Great service from everyone I dealt with. From the purchase, to the install to the plumbing. Very happy with everything. Dale C was amazing to deal with at the store. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. His response time on email replies was incredible. I will definitely recommend Pioneer Pools Brantford.
