Never use these people to buy a pool from. I bought one three years ago. What a terrible install. For some reason they used peat moss underneath the pool. I challenge you to find anywhere on the internet where it tells you to use peat moss underneath a pool liner. This resulted in a bumpy, uneven, creased pool liner. Very spotty service - installation was ok, but we had liner separation only 2yrs in, and had to completely replace it at full cost. Took 3(!) separate visits by 'technicians' to measure the pool (which they installed, and supposedly have our account on file) and I must have spent 3-4 hours total on hold and playing phone tag just to try and book a replacement liner installation. Another 1-star review. We bought a high-end above-ground pool in 2021. By 2024 our aluminum wall has pitted causing a puncture to the liner, water to leak and salt to rust the pitted wall. While the wall replacement is covered under warranty, we are responsible for paying the cost of a new liner and labour for the whole pool replacement ($2500) What?!
