I had the greatest experience with Taylor and the "Water Tester" woman... I'm sorry I forget her name, dark hair, she was so lovely. Taylor was very helpful in explaining how to work my pool pump as I am very new to pool ownership. He made me feel very confident in what I was required to do. The women was extremely helpful as well and explained to me everything I needed to do to get my pool from green to nice and clear. From all the chemicals I needed and how much and when to add them. My wife and I recently purchased a small hot tub from Costco only to realize that we needed chemicals to make sure the balance was in check. We visited Pioneer and Amanda was there to assist us. She was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! We describe what we had bought and she helped us 1000% by educating us on pool care and what was required. Very knowledgeable, super professional and an excellent teacher!!!! Thank you Amanda!!!!!!!!
