My wife and I recently purchased a small hot tub from Costco only to realize that we needed chemicals to make sure the balance was in check. We visited Pioneer and Amanda was there to assist us. She was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! We describe what we had bought and she helped us 1000% by educating us on pool care and what was required. Very knowledgeable, super professional and an excellent teacher!!!! Thank you Amanda!!!!!!!!

I had such a great experience at the pioneer pool shop thanks to Amanda! I had been to several different places looking for a pool ladder, and she was by far the most helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Will definitely be back again!
