Had a power outage earlier in day. Came home later in evening to notice my pool equipment was all on. Strange as we closed the pool mid October. I went out to check as I could hear an angry pump. The brakers to equipment pad were not switched to off. When your team closed the pool in October, looks like they just turned the equipment mode to service. I had the greatest experience with Taylor and the "Water Tester" woman... I'm sorry I forget her name, dark hair, she was so lovely. Taylor was very helpful in explaining how to work my pool pump as I am very new to pool ownership. He made me feel very confident in what I was required to do. The women was extremely helpful as well and explained to me everything I needed to do to get my pool from green to nice and clear. From all the chemicals I needed and how much and when to add them.
