3rd season with our pool. What other reviews say about the buying/install process are absolutely true. Chris was great, everything went smooth. The Pioneer team has been fantastic throughout our whole above ground pool purchase. Both Dale and Carl at the Hamilton location have done an amazing job right from out initial interest and beyond pool school (where you learn all the details about your pool). I cant say enough, Carl and Dale were upfront, honest and there were no hidden surprises, our 13x20 above ground pool was installed professionally and perfectly. We had been researching and receiving quotes for months via email or online when we decided to walk into a few places around town and see what they would offer. We came into Pioneer and met with Lisa. Out of all the places, she made us feel the most warm and welcomed! Her calm and knowledgeable demeanor made us feel comfortable. BUYER BEWARE!! Our pool was installed by Pioneer with extreme negligence! It resulted in us having to excavate and replace our piping on a pool that was less than 6 years old. The installers used a massive 2-ft jagged rock as backfill and propped it directly on the piping. This crushed the pipe in a short amount of time and eventually punctured the pipe (see pics below). Had a power outage earlier in day. Came home later in evening to notice my pool equipment was all on. Strange as we closed the pool mid October. I went out to check as I could hear an angry pump. The brakers to equipment pad were not switched to off. When your team closed the pool in October, looks like they just turned the equipment mode to service.
