Terrible customer service. We ordered a hot tub cover in early march with 5 weeks delivery time. Two months later it never came. I called multiple times left messages and no one returned my call to check the status. We came and spoke with manager they said it’s just leaving the warehouse it will be here in 3 weeks or third week of June. In July we called again left a message no one returned. Came to visit early August they said they are expediting it. We spent a fortune getting a good tub only to let it be unused for 6 month... read more
Just renovated our new home. We are putting in a hot tub and above ground pool. Went to Pioneer Pools. Saw hot tubs no displays of pools. Walked around looked at all the hot tubs. Not one person came over to ask us if we needed any assistance. Did not see any sales people on the floor. One person at desk or cashier. No acknowledgment. We left. Off to find someone who wants our business
Always go to this Pool shop..good varitey..prices are good..
