I'm afraid to post this for fear everyone will want her as their doctor, but she and her staff deserve the highest praise for the people they are and the professionalism and care they give their patients. There are wait times sometimes but, if you remember that it's because of the same reason the patient after you will be waiting for their turn, you won't mind. Dr. Leah Kobes-Jurgens is the heart and soul of Pioneer Family Medicine imo, and I'll never have another doctor as long as she's practicing in my travel circle #grate... read more
Always had good experiences here between the doctors and the office staff. I’ve been able to get in without too much delay. I drive from Liberty Lake and am grateful for their care.

My family and I have all been significantly helped by Dr. Kobes and her staff. We've got five kids and for Pioneer to truly treat our whole family is really impressive. This is by far the best and most comprehensive medical service I've ever received anywhere. They are fantastic.
Doctors are good! But definitely should consider looking into hiring new office. Forgot the Persons name that starts with an M, but she is horrible. If you don’t like the job go somewhere else, you’re in customer service. Pioneer Family Medicine has some good doctors but if you also like being treated with respect, look elsewhere as the front desk is very rude( specifically lady name starts with M)
