Extremely rude front office!!! No one answers the phone, for a solid week at a time. No one calls you back if you leave messages. No matter which voicemail you leave it on. Referrals do not get put in, if you call to check on them you get told you have to make another appointment. I have only been at this office for about 2 years. I highly recommend Dr. Pamela Shultz-Torosian. She has been the best doctor I’ve ever had. She collaborates with me and never dictates. Takes her time and explains and discusses all options. If you’re lucky enough to get an appointment you won’t be disappointed.
The best doc around. She does great work and is caring and attentive, and not quick to push drugs at you.
