My family and I have all been significantly helped by Dr. Kobes and her staff. We've got five kids and for Pioneer to truly treat our whole family is really impressive. This is by far the best and most comprehensive medical service I've ever received anywhere. They are fantastic.
Doctors are good! But definitely should consider looking into hiring new office. Forgot the Persons name that starts with an M, but she is horrible. If you don’t like the job go somewhere else, you’re in customer service. Pioneer Family Medicine has some good doctors but if you also like being treated with respect, look elsewhere as the front desk is very rude( specifically lady name starts with M)
I was 10 minutes late to my appointment and the front desk lady had the audacity to say I was 15 minutes late and they had to reschedule my appointment. She said I should’ve arrived 15 minutes early. There was no such warning on any of their emails or texts that if I was 10 minutes late my appointment would be cancelled.
I always feel heard by Ryan. He listens really well and always considers my concerns and works with me on what I’m comfortable with. I appreciate that. He never pushes me to just do anything if I have any concerns.
extremely UNknowledgeable and unhelpful front office, I turned 65 recently and they told me that Medicare is NOT my primary health insurance and refused to see me for extreme high blood pressure WHAT? mean people should not be in the customer service industry THAT'S WHAT YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE PROVIDING, A SERVICE!
