Dr. Ludwig has been the primary care physician for my family. He is always available to set up appointments, the staff is extremely friendly, and often going above and beyond like refilling prescriptions for me when my endocrinologist is very late on them. This is a super reliable doctor's office and they always ask about my family which makes me know they care. Super lucky to have them in the Treasure Valley.

I used to see Dr Ludwig but he doesn’t listen to his patients. Because of Ludwig my husband was diagnosed w/cancer a year late. We now see a great GP yet Pioneer Medical didn’t have the decency to let me know St Luke’s mammography sent them a request for a mammogram. I would have thought they cared about ALL their patients, current and past. Unfortunately they don’t. I’m extremely disappointed in their office.

We have been with Moorhouse for over 10 years. Husband went to HS with him. Moorhouse listens to all our concerns and questions and always gets refills/ referals in quickly ! Everyone here is amazingly awesome with our son with Down Syndrome! Ludwig and Moorhouse are both just hands down, understanding and caring. Both are passionate about what they do! Office and nurses have changed in the past, but they are amazing and kind.

This would have been a 5 star but they lost the best NP ever. NP Jeff Robbins has been my care provider for 15 years. I wrote a google review before they dropped him so if you see that one it will be different. Jeff always listens, is always kind and cares about his patients. The front desk staff is pretty aloof. I try to be nice, make small talk, but that's not happening. Where ever Jeff ends up going that is where I will be going. My experience with Jeff is always great, my experience with the office itself was meh.
