I want to address the poor customer service provided by Pioneer Equipment's technician, Sam, to clients. The technician has been giving incorrect information and providing unsatisfactory customer service. I agree with previous 1 star reviews about this company. It's important for them to educate their technicians about professionalism and delivering great customer service. I truly wish you could leave a negative number instead of having to give a one star. Good luck if you have to deal with Sam, which may be the owner. First introduction with him and he insults my business, says we owe him money to one of my staff, when I contact him directly, he says we don't owe him anything, but yet continues to treat me like a criminal.
