I am filing a formal complaint against Pioneer Endicott for wrongful withholding of my security deposit, improper post tenancy charges, failure to provide reasonable communication accommodations related to my disability, and the placement of a derogatory mark on my credit report. I recently had the chance to visit the Pioneer Endicott Building in downtown St. Paul, and I was really impressed. The building is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. The historic architecture and details throughout the property give it a lot of character and charm that you don’t often see in modern buildings. This place and people here rock! I have lived here since Oct of 2024. The amenities are great. The management team is awesome. They are friendly, responsive and helpful. No plans on leaving anytime soon. Thank you Pioneer Endicotte!
Staff here are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Anna is amazing and everyone in the shops is so kind and cares about the community!
