I have lived here a couple of months, and while I enjoy it; I have a lot of reservations regarding the management company and the costs. Pros: The building is in a great location for Lowertown. Everything is a 5-10min walk. There is nice integration with the skyway. A lot of night life in this part of the city. A lot of queer people and diversity. I've only been living at the Pioneer Endicott for a few short months so far and the experience has been great. The building has a lot of character and is well taken care of. The staff are very helpful and responsive with any questions. They are proactive in communications regarding building maintenance, parking ramp work, nearby construction, and community events. The regular social events are a nice plus as well!
Beautiful historical building. I have been here close to one year and Love it. Kia and Joseph in the rental office are wonderful, helpful and truly care about the tenants. Love the skyway access. Dani from maintenance is fantastic he can fix anything, shows up quickly and does a very efficient job. This review will be edited soon. Sadly Joseph left. Kia turned out to NOT be Nice at all.!!!!
