Absolutely love living here, amenities, management, and neighbors are all amazing. The building is beautiful with historic touches all over and plenty of places to explore. However, prospective tenants should be mindful of the units facing the parking garage. When the weather gets cold enough, the boiler system squeals and it can be heard all the way up on the 6th floor which can make sleeping very difficult. Great place to live. The management staff is very responsive and helpful. There is a lot of security and safety measures. It is a very clean facility. The gym is nice and convenient and the comunity areas are nice and large.
Recently applied for an apartment because they allow you to place the unit on air bnb if you get a rental license. I called to see if they were at capacity for air bnb renting. They said tenant relocated just a month before I called. I asked to see the furnished unit (535) & they said I could use it as an air bnb rental. I applied before the holidays so obviously there was a delay in the process, but I called on a Buisness day checking the status of my application and then they said I couldn’t air bnb because they were at ca... read more
The move in process was very seamless, management is always available to answer my calls or concerns, the building is quiet, amenities are worth what you pay for. I could not ask for a better place to call home.
