The leasing team has been so helpful with my boyfriend and I first move together. After touring with Joe, and deciding to apply the team was great with getting everything rolling. Joe and kia answered my MANY questions and made me feel super confident with this move! Since moving in Danica in the office has also been so helpful as we have had questions come up!

This place is a damn joke. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I seriously can’t believe I ever paid a cent to live in this dump. Pioneer Endicott is a nightmare disguised as “historic luxury” and it’s full of lies, neglect, and straight-up unsafe living conditions. Let’s talk about it. Beautiful historical building. I have been here close to one year and Love it. Kia and Joseph in the rental office are wonderful, helpful and truly care about the tenants. Love the skyway access. Dani from maintenance is fantastic he can fix anything, slows up quickly and does a very efficient job.
