Perfect spot for mingling. I was able to meet several new neighbors and learn a few tips about the neighborhood. Thanks so much for the food and drink! Was a blast!
I've only been living at the Pioneer Endicott for a few short months so far and the experience has been great. The building has a lot of character and is well taken care of. The staff are very helpful and responsive with any questions. They are proactive in communications regarding building maintenance, parking ramp work, nearby construction, and community events. The regular social events are a nice plus as well!
Beautiful historical building. I have been here close to one year and Love it. Kia and Joseph in the rental office are wonderful, helpful and truly care about the tenants. Love the skyway access. Dani from maintenance is fantastic he can fix anything, shows up quickly and does a very efficient job. This review will be edited soon. Sadly Joseph left. Kia turned out to NOT be Nice at all.!!!! One of the highlights living in Pioneer Endicott is the cleaning and maintenance staff. Issues are resolved very quickly, and the guys are super nice. The building is very well maintained and kept up.
A new management team has made a great place even better. They respond quickly to inquiries and issues, and get things done! Monthly resident events have resumed, helping all of us feel like we have a community. I've lived here 6 years. Maintenance and upkeep: Excellent. Building Engineer Alazar and his team quickly fix any problems. Arturo and his upkeep team keep the common areas spotless, painted, and polished. Apartments and Amenities: Cool historic character.
