We’ve only lived here a short time, but already this is the best apartment experience I’ve ever had. Maintenance is extremely quick and management is so kind and helpful. Pioneer Endicott is certainly the best home I've ever had. The units are beautiful and spacious. The management and maintenance are communicative and effective. Any resident I've met has been kind and trustworthy. The price is extremely reasonable for the quality.
We were looking for a new place to call home and found Pioneer Endicott. It fit our downtown saint paul, 2 bedroom, in unit laundry and parking requirements. We booked a tour and Anna showed us many great options along with shared many great historical facts about the complex. We loved how communicative Anna was for the whole process including her continual follow ups and updates on units we toured. it's a beautiful community and building with friendly staff.
