Would highly discourage anyone from moving here, this place is going downhill and fast. I moved here a year and a half ago, and for the first year I had nothing but great things to say. Then new management took over, and things have been spiraling.
Do not rent from these scammers! Management is generally incompetent. They will only enforce encroachment on reserved parking if pestered constantly and, as many reviewers here have indicated, they will go out of their way to steal your deposit--no matter how much effort you spent cleaning your unit! I have lived here a couple of months, and while I enjoy it; I have a lot of reservations regarding the management company and the costs. Pros: The building is in a great location for Lowertown. Everything is a 5-10min walk. There is nice integration with the skyway. A lot of night life in this part of the city. A lot of queer people and diversity.
