I've lived at the Pioneer Endicott for 7 months. Joe, Anthony, and Azonni from the leasing office have been wonderful, promptly answering emails and following up on maintenance requests. The building is lovely with original hardwood flooring and stunning architecture. My 13th floor unit had gorgeous natural light and views. Both units I've lived in were very quiet with friendly neighbors, and the amenities like the gym and workspace are quite nice. Absolutely love living here, amenities, management, and neighbors are all amazing. The building is beautiful with historic touches all over and plenty of places to explore. However, prospective tenants should be mindful of the units facing the parking garage. When the weather gets cold enough, the boiler system squeals and it can be heard all the way up on the 6th floor which can make sleeping very difficult.
