My partner and I lived here for a year 1/2 and moved because of a prior desire to live in a house. Before moving, we made a pros and cons list of Pioneer, so I'll share that here: Pros: Beautiful historic building, tall ceilings, lots of light, lots of space, nice appliances, great gym. I am filing a formal complaint against Pioneer Endicott for wrongful withholding of my security deposit, improper post tenancy charges, failure to provide reasonable communication accommodations related to my disability, and the placement of a derogatory mark on my credit report. I recently had the chance to visit the Pioneer Endicott Building in downtown St. Paul, and I was really impressed. The building is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. The historic architecture and details throughout the property give it a lot of character and charm that you don’t often see in modern buildings.
