This place is a rip off . Shiela I don’t remember her name so upset well she quoted me 147.50 hr two guys show up early and my appointment at 2:00 they left at 2;44 I have the time on my phone. They checked my sockets and switches and scratched their heads and I told them where it might be the problem ti was a GFCI or something he pushed the button and my lights worked. I've spent $1100 dollars with Pioneer Electric. Everytime they come and "fix" it. It fails to work for me. Tracy told me it's my problem, they will not stand behind their work. They must get paid to repair my generator and it its not fixed its not their fault. Then she rudely hung up on me. Update 7/1/23, lost power this morning, luckily I had Pine Mountain Lake Electric fix what Pioneer was unable to do. And that's a wrap on this terrible company and Tracy too. And she was in the hotel business. Wow
