This place is amazing. My mil in her mid-90's survived Covid, but the virus made her dementia much worse. We were so lucky to get her a place at Pioneer Eldercare. There are only 10 residents per home, and the staff all have extensive training on caring for people with dementia. Everyone there is neat and clean, they're happy. It's a very bright and cheery place, and the staff are incredibly supportive.

Pioneer elder care provided excellent care to my father who had advanced dementia. They were compassionate and empathetic and were able to competently care for all of his care needs. I would highly recommend them.

Our mother has been at Pioneer for 18 months and has received exemplary care. We are so grateful to everyone at St Helena St including the PSWs, nurses, cleaners, maintenance staff and activities coordinator for their dedication to all of the residents especially during the pandemic. We look forward to the day that we can see our mother again in person, but we know that in the meantime, she is being cared for by staff as is she were family.
