Pioneer Homes The missing cabinets were in the laundry room. I signed a change order for them. It was on your list from Ben" Your punchiest Expert" but never ordered and never checked off. The cabinet I added in the kitchen was to hide the unfinished look you left under the counter. That was to only item that would not be complete prior to me leaving after my weeks stay. Closed on a brand new home 4/10/23. Still waiting on punch list to be complete. Missing several cabinets. Missing all cabinet and drawer hardware. My home is not rentable until these major items are completed. The builder refuses to respond. After talking to several neighbors this is the way he operates and has throughout the entire neighborhood. Once you close good luck getting anything out of Pioneer Builders!
