Absolute clown show. Worst experience I've ever had in almost 20 years in the Contruction industry. My client ordered 80k in custom cabinetry from them in a custom home I built. (He wanted to source the cabinets himeself because a friend had recommended pioneer as an excellent cabinet shop) The cabinets were months behind schedule, half of them built wrong and had to be rebuilt 2-3 times.
