The manager (Lindsey) is awesome! Very attentive and gets back with you quickly. Pretty quiet and honestly a great affordable apartment in this area. I’d recommend!
Trust me go somewhere else to rent this place is a nightmare
It's only gotten worse since my last review. The office is nearly always empty in 3 years. Owners have changed 4 times. In 3 years, there has been no to know maintenance. The landscaping is n mostly dead. The grass/weeds will get over a foot tall before mowing. They blow all the grass onto eeceryones patios. My mother has lived with mold in her closet, bedroom, and bathroom for almost a year. Her dishwasher has been broken 15 months. They are supposed to change out ac filters monthly. I gave a $50 money order over a week ago for what I was told a “Background Check.” Just called to check on it my background check due to being told that my apartment would be ready to move into the end of the month, I was then told that they’re full leased and the money I gave her was not for a background check, it was for a application fee. Horribly managed and the lady on the phone was very argumentative.
I lived here paid a deposit and made sure it was clean and in shape when I left and they still tried charged me over 400. I was not evicted... my lease was up is why I left. The manager there was a totally rude and disrespectful constantly!..to everyone! I wouldn't even give it a 1 star if it wasnt necessary to leave this review. After living there 1 year they will up the rent on you for no reason at all. This place is NOT recommended!
