I am a current customer applied for a refinance loan over a week for an upcoming trip. The Branch Manager called me asked a few questions quickly. Asked me to send a copy of my check stub and bonus check. Never received a call back. You can never get anyone to answer the phone at this location. Very rude to not call a customer back with any kind of update. I work in the finance industry myself and this type of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional a call back would have been nice.
