I have called multiple times to schedule an appointment and left several voicemails. I've had a return call one time and I was told to get a referral and blood work before I could make an appointment. We went to the primary care doctor and paid for blood work along with a visit and was told at the doctor that they need pioneer to reach out to them for a referral. Everyone here is amazing. My husband and I both go here and see Cindy and April. Both are amazing and sweet people who listens to us and addresses our concerns. We 100% recommend Pioneer Counseling!
Love the environment and the music in background. Cindy has helped me so much and I really appreciate her so much
At first this place was amazing, I got GeneSight testing done here and the psychiatrist prescribed me a medication that was best fit for me. However, a few months later she stopped refilling medication and it is impossible to get ahold of anyone from the office via phone so I have been without medication for a while. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.
