Don’t get assessments done with this organization they are very unethical took over 2 months to get copy of assessment and wouldn’t provide copy for me to read and changed assessment in that 2 months and put in lies that are provable they lied and put in assessment I didn’t need treatment but the clinician felt I should in her opinion do it anyways . This is just fraudulent practices to bill insurance companies when services not needed. Had me electronically sign over 2 months after done and not allowed to read to notice the... read more
