I called another provider and that company insisted on a 2,000 deposit on my credit card in order for my copier to be serviced. I laughed and decided to call around. Pioneer services Lanier copiers so I gave it a shot. David; the owner, was amazing to deal with! He came down and fixed my copier in a couple hours and charged me a fair price. I’m now a customer for life with Pioneer! Thank you for driving all the way to Westport, CT to service my machine!
