I'm opening an Allstate Agency in Manchester and needed a copier that could accommodate a small office. I found Pioneer online and was pleased to meet David who was pleasant and easy to talk to. He listened to my needs and was able to get me a well maintained machine that best suits my business. I would highly recommend Pioneer to local businesses.

Found Pioneer online when I was looking for a copier for my wife's store. David contact me quickly and discussed the options he had. Went with his recommendations and it worked out great. Installed the copier on a second floor without an elevator, took the old copier away, setup the new one and trained my wife how to use it. Pioneer was able to furnish a copier/scanner that suited all of our needs. David was extremely helpful. It was/is a pleasure dealing with him. My copier was delivered, installed and setup with my server promptly and without issues. David made selecting and purchasing a copy/scanner machine easy. He was very helpful and responsive to any questions I had. After we took delivery, he helped us set up in the office making sure everyone was able to connect. I have contacted him a few times with questions and he continues to be very helpful and responsive. He's definitely not sell it and forget it. We are very pleased with the machine he sold us. It runs great and meets all our needs. I would strongly recommend David and Pioneer Copy Service.
