Mike was brilliant from start to finish. Very courteous and polite and explained the issue and what needs doing. He got us up and running whilst ordering the appropriate parts and came back within a couple of days to finish the job. He prioritized seeing us as we have 2 very young children and it's greatly appreciated.
Setting up an appointment was quick and easy, tech showed up right on time. The company has a text system that shows a picture of who will be seeing arriving. Dan was good, very knowledgeable and polite. Answered all my questions and went the extra mile to make sure our furnace was working correctly.
