Tony and Pioneer Commercial Electrical & HVAC Co honored our warranty when it was overdue. We were out of town when the AC went out and unable to report it. He went out of his way to speak with the owners to ensure that we would be covered. They take care of their customers.
Could not have been better. Needed a replacement part that the tech said he would have to order and take a few minutes days to come in. He went to his truck made some call and found one in the area. He went and got it , returned and installed it all in 2 hours.
Tony visited me for a unique problem with A/C freezing because furnace fan was shutting down while A/C running. After a thorough check he found a wiring issue with control board on furnace and a failing capacitor. Very professional and courteous I am confident problem is solved. Arrived earlier than expected also.
I cannot say enough great things about this company! Every interaction I’ve had has been nothing less than complete satisfaction! They truly care about their customers and don’t try to up-sale you on unnecessary products or services other companies are notorious for! They will continue to be my go to for all my heating and cooling needs!!
