Lovely staff, extremely professional and polite..
I completed a clinical trial here recently. Staff were friendly, efficient and welcoming. Space was clean, spacious and easy to find. As a non driver it was helpful being so close to the train and easy to get to from Eastern suburbs. I'd attend other trials held here in the future if able. Recommend!
Very positive experience. Jess is so warm and welcoming, and really puts you at ease. Dr Aldrich has a great bedside manor, very approachable and happy to answer any questions. Both are very knowledgeable and made the experience very comfortable and stress free.
A fantastic opportunity to contribute to medical advancement. Both Jess and Dr Aldrich were professional, and approachable. They made the process easy and always offering support.
