Rich came to clean our family room carpet! There was one tough spot near the back door and he spent extra care and attention to that area. After he was gone a few days, I vacuumed and the area still looked dirty. We called him and he couldn’t get back to’fix the problem fast enough... he spent time yesterday and it looks like the dirt is gone ! He’s high energy with a great attitude. First review I've left - Rich's work is fabulous! Trustworthy, friendly, fair price. Instead of spending thousands of $$$ for new carpet, Pioneer cleaned for 1/10 the price and carpets look like new. Highly recommend.
I was so pleased with the work Rich did. He takes great pride in his work, and the result shows! He was prompt, attentive to details, and careful of my home. I am happy to recommend his service, and will certainly use it again.
