Never spray off the grill for bugs. If you ask them to. They get mad. Scream and cuss. Need to teach customer service here. It’s the worst. Also charged my card twice in one month. Just a mess. Oh and covered in soap at the end! Awesome!

I took my car through Pioneer Car Wash in Independence several months ago, and during the wash, the machine broke one of my windshield wipers. I reported it immediately and was told they would take care of it. I followed up multiple times by phone and was repeatedly assured that someone would get back to me and replace the wiper.
