I took my car through Pioneer Car Wash in Independence several months ago, and during the wash, the machine broke one of my windshield wipers. I reported it immediately and was told they would take care of it. I followed up multiple times by phone and was repeatedly assured that someone would get back to me and replace the wiper. I will never go back to Mike’s again! To start the management Eric was super nice. The track runs slower than mikes so you get a better wash. When you come out they have free vacuums and drying towels with window cleaner. You get way more for your money here. Anybody in NKY who is tired of Mike’s should check them out.
Wash does a good job. Free vacs are a nice touch as well.
Doesn't really get your car clean... Edit: and after I already decided I didn't really like this car wash I was stupid enough to go through with the truck I just bought. Broke my antenna off, my backup camera quit working and so did one of my backup lights. They were working immediately before going in. I won't be back
