Pioneer basement just waterproofed our basement and we are blown away by the incredible job they did. It does seem like a lot of money, but once you see the amount of labor it takes to install the French drains and sub pump, you will understand. And they got the job done in just 3 days! A worth wild investment in your property. Highly recommend using pioneer for water proofing!
I wanted to let people know of my recent interaction with Pioneer Basement. It turned out to be an interesting story with plot twists and a shocking ending. I have a duel sump pump setup which works great. I was planning to be proactive an install their drain system on a large percentage of the cellar. Alfredo was kind, punctual, and professional. He even let my 5-year old “help” with the installation. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Pioneer Basement…. I now don’t have to spend my weekends pumping out my basement with a shop vac and look forward to moving forward and finishing the basement.
Tim was a pleasure to work with. He was able to quickly diagnose my issue and provide a path to resolution. It rained earlier today and my basement is dry, I highly recommend Pioneer.
