Nick was very good explaining everything! And showed us exactly what they were going to be doing, and broke everything down for us!
Great service from the very start! Nick came to inspect our basement and the issues we were having with water coming in. Pioneer Basement has done several projects for me during the last few years. In the last couple of months I had to have them check on a couple of areas of wetness. One in a place that had been previously dug up and a sump tied in and a new area. Drew Seal responded quickly and resolved the area that had been previously worked on. This is the second project I’ve had Pioneer complete at my home over the years. In 2018, they waterproofed my basement. This project was to replace a failing retaining wall. They are incredibly professional, very good at communication and follow through. They answered every question that I had with professionalism and patience!
