Pioneer came out today to help us with a basement water leak. Andrew and John were a delight to work with. They never used bad language and were wonderful and patient with my grandkids who were watching, learning and asking lots of questions!!!!!!!!!!!
Evan and his team did wonderful work. They showed up when they said they would and you can tell they take pride in their work and they certainly worked hard on our project. It was feeling pretty hopeless on other contractors who couldn’t do the scope of work required. We needed an exterior wall waterproofed and an entire foundation wall replacement on another wall because the previous owner decided to dig a crawl space out and put a retaining wall instead of just building it all the way down or something that would be smart.... read more
Had an issue with a leak in my basement wall and Drew was great and finding the issue and patching the fix. Would absolutely recommend Pioneer, easy to work with and very flexible with schedules.
I want to thank Pioneer for repairing the work they did for us over 9 years ago. They stand true to their lifetime warranty. Kyle R did a good job repairing and communicating with us. Will continue to recommend this company for waterproofing.
The whole crew were wonderful, very respectful, caring and were extremely careful not to get my new flooring and carpeting messed up. Mark was a real joy to work with as were Crue, Cody, and Antuan.
