Very clean and organized. It would be nice if someone would come out and ask if assistance is needed when returning U-Hauls
Gave us the wrong part for our vehicle. We Had no idea until he was already under vehicle taking it apart. Refused to refund part because box got a little dirty while being under vehicle. Box is fully intact. Part was un touched. We got new part for 20$ cheaper elsewhere.
Employees were friendly, but did not come out to help unhitch the trailer. Allowing two senior citizens, one with disabilities to lift the trailer.
They had what I needed and at a reasonable price with friendly service
