As a long-time customer of Pioneer Appliance Company, it saddens me to be writing this review. I have purchased multiple appliances from this company and was previously happy with the products and installations. My recent purchase of a refrigerator could not have been worse. Everything was fine, until it came time to deliver and install the new fridge.
