RUDE. The absolute worst place to possibly try and take your animals. The receptionist is one of the most horrible and rudest people I have ever met. This place tried to kill my dog many years ago with an unnecessary surgery (sliced his abdomen open and immediately closed him up, did nothing!) and they wouldn’t see him in an emergency this last weekend until we had $450 cash like anyone carries that around or thinks to grab it in an emergency! Thank you for helping us give Papi Nacho a long life full of love and abundance. He defied odds with a heart too large for this world, and I don’t think he’d have nearly had so many more years than anyone thought without Pioneer here. He was never afraid to go to the clinic, from diagnosis to goodbye. We’ll never forget the kindness and bedside manner of the team, especially from Dr. Hall, Dr. Walker, the techs and staff. Great service! Our dog got into an unfortunate accident we can only assume was caused by a train, leaving him with his back leg detached when someone thankfully found him after being missing for a day. Pioneer Clinic was the only one open near us on the weekend about an hour or so away from us, we called ahead to let them know we were on our way with our dog who was now missing a leg, and they helped immediately when walking in. Dropped off my grandsons dog for an operation on Thursday. They were very nice and came out to get him because I have a hard time walking with my cane and walking him inside. I am sure he is in very capable hands from other people I have heard about taking their animals to Pioneer Animal Clinic.
Been a good standing customer for 10plus years and I the last 2 mo there customer care has tanked, can't get a simple price. The only person that can take a complaint is the lady that told us to basically take our cat and get lost. Over 1000$ in tests ect. That she needs, not arguing about price just trying to get a number so I know what I need, and was treated like broke trash. There on call vet never calls back.
