I was blown away at the quality of care given by Dr.Hall and all the support staff. They promptly and aggressively treated my dog on a Sunday for an emergency. They were compassionate, thorough, and Communicative. They took everything seriously while remaining calm and explaining every detail. The price was very very reasonable for being hospitalized. I cannot recommend them enough!
Such lovely ladies! Had an emergency for my puppy, and they asked for pictures to be sent over email in case it was something we didn't actually need to come in for. The vet answered all our questions and explained everything clearly. Have been going to Pioneer for all our check ups and still have had the best service here. The staff are all so nice and the vets take time to explain everything and answer any questions.
RUDE. The absolute worst place to possibly try and take your animals. The receptionist is one of the most horrible and rudest people I have ever met. This place tried to kill my dog many years ago with an unnecessary surgery (sliced his abdomen open and immediately closed him up, did nothing!) and they wouldn’t see him in an emergency this last weekend until we had $450 cash like anyone carries that around or thinks to grab it in an emergency! Thank you for helping us give Papi Nacho a long life full of love and abundance. He defied odds with a heart too large for this world, and I don’t think he’d have nearly had so many more years than anyone thought without Pioneer here. He was never afraid to go to the clinic, from diagnosis to goodbye. We’ll never forget the kindness and bedside manner of the team, especially from Dr. Hall, Dr. Walker, the techs and staff.
