I'm not sure what happened, I got a letter stating ' sorry to hear you want to cancel your policy ' , I never tried to cancel. I never spoke to anyone until I called about the letter. The whole discussion was confusing, they even played a recording of the person, not me, who called to cancel. I told them it wasn't me. They didn't seem to be concerned about that.
