I am writing this review with absolute fury after dealing with Irubial Ferrer / Pioletti, Pioletti, & Nichols on our bankruptcy case. This has been an unmitigated disaster caused almost entirely by his incompetence and total lack of communication. Our bankruptcy should have been resolved long ago. Instead, because this attorney repeatedly failed to communicate with us, failed to file required documents, and failed to respond to court orders and deadlines, we have now been held in contempt of court TWICE.
