After years having Dr. Pinzon as my family doctor I went to his office for my annual check, I was told I had a balance of almost $200.00 on the Athena platform, which is the way I communicate to his office, said that I had a balance of $0.00 dollars. I told the receptionist I would pay half of the balance, and the pending balance within a week and she said she was told I had to pay the full amount. So, had to give a star for this unfortunately. We have been unhappy with my mother in law's current nephrologist and wanted another opinion/change doctors. When I called to see if they received the referral and they said that, yes, they had, but declined it as they don't do second opinions. Seriously? We just want to change doctors to find a better fit. Employees are unprofessional and rude. Doctor is the sweetest but the employees are horrible! Called to see if a referral was sent for my mom and lady blatantly had an attitude about a simple question. Please do better with your employees/ Nurses Dr. Pinzon.
