Doctor Pinzon and his wife who I've seen are very kind and patient. They take the time needed to care for your health. If you need kidney care. I recommend this practice over others I have experienced in this area.
Dr. Pinzon and Laura Pinzon PA are Professional and knowledgeable providers who take the time to tell you the facts and what they mean, answer questions in a way that you can understand and their office and staff is a huge asset to Highlands County and the surrounding area. After years having Dr. Pinzon as my family doctor I went to his office for my annual check, I was told I had a balance of almost $200.00 on the Athena platform, which is the way I communicate to his office, said that I had a balance of $0.00 dollars. I told the receptionist I would pay half of the balance, and the pending balance within a week and she said she was told I had to pay the full amount. So, had to give a star for this unfortunately. We have been unhappy with my mother in law's current nephrologist and wanted another opinion/change doctors. When I called to see if they received the referral and they said that, yes, they had, but declined it as they don't do second opinions. Seriously? We just want to change doctors to find a better fit.
