Over all awesome service/wait staff and food was great had an amazing here at Pinzi. The fresh sea food and the authentic Italian cuisine! Can't wait to come back!!
It was late when we walked into the restaurant, many empty tables, but none set-up, so had to wait for a table set up.i saw almost 15 mins. Our server came over quickly and was attentive and took our order. She should have explained better that the portions size was huge. No children's menu, but was told she could really have anything she wanted at a children's portion. Food took a while to come, and my daughter fell asleep. Amazing food incredible staff ... Perfect !!!
Very disappointing experience on a holiday weekend. We had a 7:15 reservation, and asked to put our kids food in early. The kid's food did not come out until 8:30 (after I complained that the kids were falling asleep), and adult food was close to 9:00. The food was not fresh when we got it. The 6:45 reservation next to us left at 8:20 because they still did not have their food. Our waiter was nowhere to be found and would do nothing but apologize when he surfaced.
