The food was okay, not necessarily worth the price though. I order the tiger shrimp risotto & the strawberry shortcake. Terrible experience at Pinzimi due to our waitress, Ana. Despite having Platinum Elite breakfast vouchers, she was rude, dismissive, and made us feel like we didn’t deserve to be there simply because we requested vegan alternatives. Even after the manager clearly instructed her to accommodate us, her attitude didn’t change. Friendly suburb service from Gloria Best meal of my like. Veal Parm, spinach Garlic Pappardelle pasta and a side of Skuna bay Salmon
We went here while we were waiting for our room. The service was good and we had the club sandwich which was very good. We were the only people in here.
