Excellent service. They provided a great price, great delivery and were very flexible with changes. Good old Australian service, will go there for all wood and colour bond in the future. Can’t recommend enough.
not sure why i havent done this the past 2 times we have bought from Pinus.....massive over site on my behalf. Pinus is exactly what the DIY person needs it to be. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable the Website is simple to navigate Payment is direct bank deposit Prices are great Delivery is a must I can place an order at 11am on on a Thursday and its in my yard on Friday Morning. Excellent customer service - I mixed up the colour of the fencing product I bought and Pinus took the return and provided the right colour without any hassle. They even refunded me for useable lengths on already cut items. Highly recommend.
