Very helpful workers, a little wait in line and it was 95 out but not pinto fault, price was reasonable. Will definitely come back

Called for more information about recycling services and a ridiculously rude woman answered the phone. She would not answer my questions about pricing except to say that she couldn't tell me and that I would need to come in to get pricing. When I tried to get more information, like is it priced by the pound, by size, etc., she kept repeating that she could not possibly give me any more information over the phone. Avoid this place! Absolute rip-off and a total scam! I had a terrible experience here. First, the waiting time was awful I waited for nearly an hour and a half in line. When it was finally my turn, I only had a few very small items to dispose of, but they charged me an astronomical, ridiculous price. There is zero price transparency here. They don't actually weigh anything; they just make up prices on the spot to see how much money they can squeeze out of you ("Success Method").
