High prices, poor communication with staff, worse service. Incompetent technicians.
One of the worst pool companies in eastern Suffolk County. Make sure you check your contract and verify the work the contract states. They will find every shortcut and cut all corners after a signed contract and blame everything under the sun to add on and still not complete to original contract scope of work. Terrible family owned business as they left us hiring another pool contractor to fix our pool with a cost of 7k. Don’t trust the sales or service department, it will be a never ending rabbit hole.

Pinto Pools has been our go to place for all our needs. Everyone in the store is very knowledgeable and helpful. They have everything you need to help you keep your pool in perfect condition. We highly recommend them!
