Broke down on courier run. Pinto managed to replace van alternator very quickly same day enabling me to get back home. Very efficient, courteous service & reasonable price. Would highly recommend to others.
I have a Jag XK Dynamic R 25K MILES Full Jag SH. I had an egine fail having been fully maintained by Jaguar Christchurch. I eventually got it there as they dont have a recovery service . I was quoted a diagnostic check to establish what was wrong with the car.The car was placed on nadiagnostic machine and showed multiple codes. it was on this machine for 2 minutes. i was then contacted and informed that it would now be a further £1600 to diagnose the fault codes displayed. i removed the car from Jaguar as was disguted with ... read more
I’m so thankful! Embarrassed to say I didn’t realise the importance of having my car serviced. So after avoiding it for far too long, the angry warning lights came up in my car. Turns out I desperately needed an oil change, it was thick and clogging which is obviously dangerous. So I called and spoke to a lovely woman (didn’t catch her name), she was so helpful and said to take my car straight down to the garage. Best garage in Bournemouth. Broke down without knowledge of what was wrong and needed to get my car tow’d to a garage. Every other garage was saying 2 weeks+ for them to even diagnose it. Pinto had diagnosed and fixed the problem way faster than 2 weeks and for a great price! Car is back on the road running better than before , couldn’t be happier.
I called Pinto Autos today to ask about getting electric mirrors fitted. Andrea was able to talk me through all my options and also give an honest opinion on the amount of work and all costs involved which helped me decide on whether the work should be carried out. It's really refreshing getting such excellent, impartial customer service without all the jargon which I find I get at most garages! Thanks for all your help.
