Best customer service, professional, quick, great job. Best ever
Had the front CV joints / axles and boots replaced a year-and-a-half ago on my Audi. CV joint boots are torn a year later. CV joint clicking is back. I treat my car well and don't drive it hard or off road. And while I wouldn't expect them to replace them again for free, it would be good customer service if they showed they were concerned and acknowledged that it's very unusual. They did not. Phone interaction with the old guy was terrible. He straight up told me he doesn't want to service my car because I asked him a question and that upset him.
