Phone interaction with the old guy was terrible. He straight up told me he doesn't want to service my car because I asked him a question and that upset him.
last minute emergency with my Jetta found me in the hands of John and mechanic Chris. I am so glad I came here. John was a hoot and Chris was super nice. Chris got working on my car ASAP, figured out the problem immediately and i was happily on my way home all in waaay under an hour. Great price, pleasure to do business with. Hopefully I don’t have to come back for anymore problems but this is the place i will call next time as well.
John and his team do outstanding work. Period. I handle my own automotive repairs in nearly all cases and generally don't trust or use shops. However... When things become a little more tricky with the Audi, I call John because I've gained trust in him and the team. John and the team have done a very good job in all of my experiences with zero complaints from me.
