If you want a reply to your emails/calls don't recommend this company. Sent MANY emails and called many times after viewing a property and wasting time reviewing an almost 30 page lease. Agreed to the terms said we were ready to move forward and Monty Todd ignored our calls and emails for a week. Moved on found another property for a better price with better management for sure.
