I am typing to express how satisfied we are with Pintail Builders on a redecking of our wooden deck. Over the years, I have built over 2000 sq. ft. of decking and dock by myself, and the original section I did almost 50 years ago was starting to show its age —the substructure (joists, posts, beams, etc.) was fine, but the decking was showing signs of rot and could become dangerous to walk on in spots. We recently worked with Chris and his team to help restore some hardwood floors in a home we recently purchased. Chris did a great job with communicating the scope of the work, expectations, and timeframes. There was a small issue with miscommunication on the scope of the project, but it did not affect the overall results, and he made sure to explain the details and adjust final cost accordingly. First off I must say this company is a joke my parents had work almost a year back and it is horrible my dad laid tile for almost 20 years and this company knew nothing about laying tile instead of giving the job to someone else or say they couldn't do it they went ahead and did tile work and it looks like crap they had to ask my father multiple times how to do certain things the supplies they bought was garbage and I'm here to say I'm contacting better business berau and who ever else I can in the process because my parents... read more
I had an accident house fire about 3 years ago, and we are now getting hard wood floors in my entire house.We found a rats nest behind the dishwasher. When they put in new cabinets the never closed any openings around the dishwasher and this allowed rodents to get in my house.They also replaced my back door and now I have water damage at my back door. If you cut corners it will be revealed eventually.
