Very unhappy with hood I purchased. HORRIBLE PRODUCT AND FINISH. When I received the hood I was unable to open right away. When I did open it the nose of hood was bent and the hood was wrapped before the paint had time to dry, as the paint on the edge of hood stuck to white wrapping. Told nothing can be done. We are now 7 months in and the hood is rusting through the paint along the edges all ready. Will not recommend this company at all!
This company is not a people friendly place. My order was still not filled or sent 10 days after the Canpar shipping label was generated and an email sent confirming the order and that it was 'on it's way. Repeated attempts to contact them were ignored. I didn't realize at the time of ordering on Feb. 25, Amazon had the same parts and guaranteed delivery within 3 days. My bad. Would have gave them a zero if I could. Bought a bumper that was supposed to come primed. It took forever to show up, wasn't primed and had scuff marks on it. They took a while to respond to my emails and said to send it back. But I already had my painter lined up, and to send it back i probably would have been waiting for months to get the right one and done.Terrible place to do business.
Ordered an aftermarket OEM front bumper. Delivered with terrible packaging. Some of the corner side were damaged and the paint job was the worst. They never primed it and all. After removing the vinyl wrap.. the paint was peeling off.. called them. No answer. Email them.. they did reply back on the email but after explaining what happened. They didn't want to compensate. Terrible company. NEVER BUY FROM THESE GUYS.
This company is a joke! They don’t send you the product painted as requested! I notified them and they say I didn’t order the bumper painted! The bumper was also damaged as a result of them not packing it properly. They won’t return any emails or offer to send a return shipping label. Their phone system is a joke!!
