I’ve been a loyal guest of Pinstripes for the past three years and have consistently chosen it for both personal and group outings due to the quality of service and enjoyable atmosphere. However, my recent visit was deeply disappointing and unlike anything I’ve previously experienced at your establishment. Not a good experience. Over priced food that was not good. Terrible service, long wait for the bill. Took 30 minutes just to get the bill, pay and leave. Just unacceptable.
