Our organization had a excellent experience with Pin Source. The non-standard design of the pin was no problem, production was quick, competitively priced, and excellent comms from Brent. Recommended without reservation.
We received a second order, but it was not the exact implementation of the original design; i.e., some details were incorrect. Matt took ownership and contacted the manufacturer, emphasizing the mistake in comparison to the original design. I just received the replacements, and they are a match to the original design.
