There was no place to check a "less than" star rating, so I reluctantly checked the lowest possible. DO NOT USE THIS! I ordered a book for my granddaughter on 1/26 from Barnes and Noble. Was NEVER informed that it could take 14 days to receive from an outsourced vendor. ( This location is right here in my own State!) Order book from Barnes and Noble web to find out later that it was outsourced to Great Book Deals, after researching real name of Pinson Communications. The reason for all the research is that BN could not confirm shipment. All they could say was contact Great Book Deal at an email address that I never received a respones. I was am unable to contact bogus company. Do not have book, nor a way to locate the book order. I am disputing charges on my cc. I have had it.
