I will never go here again. I have been prior and never had this issue. I took a friend for a foot massage. They demanded I pay $10 each so $20 tip before Reflexology. They kept at it trying to get me to pay. I refused told him I was going to leave. They stopped, but I will never go back. A warning to everybody who goes here be prepared. Worst customer service ever!!!

Absolutely disgusted by the receptionist’s attitude at this place. I came with a group of four, and at the end of our massage, she suddenly told us they only accept tips in cash. We only had $20 total, so $5 each—which is more than reasonable. But instead of being understanding, she got visibly annoyed and told us that in Canada we have to tip 20%.
