Dealt with Alex at Pins & Needles. Very unpleasant experience. Was hostile towards me when I asked to see an example of a hoodie before having the batch produced. Alex angrily told me that he produced all hoodies WITHOUT actually showing me a hoodie completed. He offered to redo the whole batch if it didn't match my renderings only to call me later with a hostile attitude over the phone.
