I’ve been with them for many years and I’m sorry to hear that some customers aren’t as happy as me, this is a small local company and they have always been wonderful with me, perhaps there are good explanations to what caused the couple of poor reviews but my advice is take any queries back as they will I’m sure want to ‘fix’ anything where ever possible. I have both alarm and camera systems through them. I am a massive advocate of camera security especially where it can be seen…. Preventing is better for all of us.
Not at all impressed with these guys since Derrick left. It really seems that they’re not interested in residential anymore. Didn’t realize how disappointing they were until I went with a responsive company.
Absolutely poor business and customer service. Had problems with their security system that they had installed, they could not fix it and kept blaming it on the phone company fault. Our phone line have been verified and working, we use it for our business. If it did not work we would definitely know about it. I even offered to pay for a different technician to come fix the problem and they just flat out refused.
